Delivery Policy


Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail and will always require a signature, just so we know your order has safely reached its destination.

If you are unavailable when Royal Mail tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or leave a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.


We aim for all orders to be dispatched within 48 hours if you order before 1:00pm Monday to Friday.

Please check your online account for despatch and tracking information.

In the event we are unable to supply your goods within 7 days, we will advise of alternative options as soon as possible.

Please note that whilst stock levels are live with our boutiques all items are subject to availability.

We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed courier.
