ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally however, we know that you may want to return items. Our easy returns policy applies to all of our products except for gift cards, sale items, jewellery and also underwear where the packaging has been opened.
Once despatched to you, we accept the return of items only if they are unworn and are in their original and resalable condition i.e. clean, intact, with all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging in which it was sent. Garments that have deodorant stains, odours or other marks will not be accepted for a return.
You may return your item to us within 14 days after you have recieved your item. Returns will not be accepted after this duration of time.
During this Covid-19 emergency situation, we will be collecting your returns on a weekly/fortnightly basis covering 5 miles from any of our shops by appointment.
Please contact us with your return and we will work out a schedule week by week to ensure that your returns come back to us safely and efficiently and that we are being as environmentally aware as possible by collecting items in an organised fashion.
We are happy to bring alternative sizes and colours for you to try if we have them in stock.

If you return the goods within the 14 days from your order being delivered to you and provided that the terms of this agreement have been met, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item using your original payment method. Typically, this will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item(s) however it may take up to 10 working days. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.
We will send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your refund.
