ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally however, we know that you may want to return items. Our easy returns policy applies to all of our products except for gift cards, sale items, jewellery and also underwear where the packaging has been opened.
Once despatched to you, we accept the return of items only if they are unworn and are in their original and resalable condition i.e. clean, intact, with all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging in which it was sent. Garments that have deodorant stains, odours or other marks will not be accepted for a return.
You may return your item to us within 14 days after you have recieved your item. Returns will not be accepted after this duration of time.
You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.
You may return the item(s) via post using a tracked postal service or to one of our local stores. To return an item by post please enclose the original packing slip with your parcel and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org advising us of the tracking number. You may return your item(s) to a local store where you will receive an in-store returns confirmation. Please note the item(s) will be sent internally to our customer care team for processing so this may cause a delay with your refund. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

If you return the goods within the 14 days from your order being delivered to you and provided that the terms of this agreement have been met, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item using your original payment method. Typically, this will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item(s) however it may take up to 10 working days. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.
We will send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your refund.
Unfortuantely we do not offer exchanges. If your item does not fit, please return it to us (regarding the polciy above) and we will refund the item for you. You will need to purchase the item again online with the correct size needed and we will send it out to you. Unfortuantely we don't have the capacity to accept exchanges and do straight swaps.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note: This policy applies to online purchases only and not to purchases made in person at any of our boutiques.
