ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally however, we know that you may want to return items. Our easy returns policy applies to all of our products except for gift cards, sale items, jewellery and also underwear where the packaging has been opened.
Once despatched to you, we accept the return of items only if they are unworn and are in their original and resalable condition i.e. clean, intact, with hangers and all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging in which it was sent. Garments that have deodorant stains, odours or other marks will not be accepted for return.
Your right to cancel an order starts when you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you receive the last item of the order.
If you wish to cancel your order you must return the items back to us within 14 days of the cancellation. We regret that items received after this time will be refused and sent back to you.
You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.
You may return the item(s) via post using a tracked postal service or to one of our local stores. To return an item by post please enclose the original packing slip with your parcel and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org advising us of the tracking number. You may return your item(s) to a local store where you will receive an in-store returns confirmation. Please note the item(s) will be sent internally to our customer care team for processing so this may cause a delay with your refund. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

If you return the goods within the timescales above and provided that the terms of this agreement have been met, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item using your original payment method. Typically, this will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item(s). Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.
We will send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your refund.
If you wish to exchange your item for another size or colour please indicate which item(s) you are returning for exchange on the original packing slip and enclose in the parcel you are returning. We will then dispatch your replacement once your returns have been received. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. In order to guarantee the item(s) we advise you place a new order and return your original item(s) for a refund.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
