WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
Shipping is sent either by Courier or first class signed for by Royal Mail. Our trusted courier will knock and in the event of no one being in will leave your item in a safe place and take a photo, just so we know your order has safely reached its destination. If there is no safe place to leave it we will contact you and try again.
If you are unavailable when Royal Mail tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or leave a card to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
For Click & Collect please pay for delivery and state C&C and your preferred shop in the notes and we will contact you to organise and refund your postage on collection of your goods.
Due to the current situation we and Royal Mail are running at low staff levels. Please allow at least 5 working days for delivery as advised by the Post Office. If you require it sooner please contact us and we can organise a faster service and will quote you at the time. We will let you know when the goods have been dispatched or please feel free to contact us on the address below.
Please note that whilst stock levels are live with our boutiques all items are subject to availability.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally however, we know that you may want to return items. Our easy returns policy applies to all of our products except for gift cards, jewellery and also underwear where the packaging has been opened.
Once despatched to you, we accept the return of items only if they are unworn and are in their original and resalable condition i.e. clean, intact, with all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging in which it was sent. Garments that have deodorant stains, odours or other marks will not be accepted for a return.
You may return your item to us within 21 days after you have received your item. Returns will not be accepted after this duration of time.
